With over three decades of experience in the financial services and banking industry, Tarang has built a strong track record across cross-border payment solutions, digital product development, sales operations, business planning, strategy and new business development.

He has managed key accounts, operational risk mitigation, FX Options and Treasury Sales for large and mid-size corporates across funded and non-funded businesses, and brings deep familiarity with compliance requirements across domains.

He has played a key role in identifying and launching innovative products in the fintech and payments space and is well-versed in RBI guidelines. In recent years, he has led the business's shift from a traditional to a digital-first model, using analytics, SEO, performance marketing and modern AI-driven tools to support growth and decision-making.

CEO at Matrix Forex (2022–present), following a directorship at Matrix Forex (2017–2022), Vice President at Essel Group, Regional Head of ECG and National Sales Manager of ECRFX at IndusInd Bank, Head at FRR Forex, and 13 years as General Manager at Thomas Cook India, where his career in forex and travel money began in 1997.

Ankur leads the complete finance and accounts functions of Matrix Forex, covering treasury, accounts and finance, RBI regulatory compliance, MIS, internal audit, statutory audit, GST compliance, TDS compliance, debtors ageing, creditors ageing and hedging.

He is a Chartered Accountant qualified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with experience spanning internal controls, statutory audits, financial reporting under GAAP, business intelligence and process improvement.

Vice President, Finance & Accounts at Matrix Forex (April 2023–present), following his role as AVP Finance and Accounts at Matrix Forex (September 2015–2023), and Manager Accounts and Finance at Bhushan Power & Steel Limited (November 2012–August 2015).

Anish serves as Principal Officer at Matrix Forex, a role built on his long-standing operational grounding in the foreign exchange business. As Deputy General Manager since April 2011, he brings strong expertise in driving sales and managing branch operations for a foreign exchange company.

His career in forex spans over two decades: Assistant Manager at Ebix (2007–2011), Assistant Manager at VKC Forex (2002–2007), supporting overall branch performance, and Service Executive at Fincap (1997–2002), where he managed sales and operational activities within the branch.
